Shipping Information

Orders are sent out the next working day (Monday - Friday).

Orders placed on the weekend are shipped the following Monday. 

All orders are shipped by Royal Mail with a signature required. 

Voir L'Avenir is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier. However, we would gladly assist you in chasing up your order.

Tracking information is automatically provided once your order has been shipped & can be tracked via email & mobile.

UK Shipping Rates:

• Standard Tracked (2-3 working days) - £5
• Express Next Working Day Delivery (By 1 pm Next day) - £7.99
• All orders above the value of £80 are shipped for FREE via Standard Tracked Delivery

 European Shipping Rates: 

• European Tracked and Signed - £14.99
• European Tracked and Signed delivery is FREE for orders above the value of £150 

Rest Of The World Shipping Rates:

• Tracked & Signed (5-10 working days): £19.99
• International Tracked & Signed Delivery is FREE for orders over £250

Returns Policy

Voir L'Avenir allows returns within 14 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be returned with proof of purchase, unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags attached. All Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

Refunds are processed once we have received the product at our facility. Depending on your payment provider, it can take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to post to your account.

If Voir L'Avenir determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.
