Voir L'Avenir allows returns within 14 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be returned with proof of purchase, unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend that all returns are sent using a tracked and signed delivery service, as Voir L'Avenir cannot be held responsible for returns lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. Customers are responsible for the parcel until it has been successfully delivered back to our facility.

Any returns sent without tracking are done at the customer’s own risk. Refunds, exchanges, or store credit can only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

Refunds are processed once we have received the product at our facility. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

If Voir L'Avenir determines that any returned products are not in their original condition, a refund will not be granted and the item(s) will be returned to you.
